1 Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2 Rates and quotes
Rates on this website are a guide and can change every day with the market. A price is only fixed when we confirm your quote to you by phone or WhatsApp.
3 Orders and delivery
An order is confirmed only after we agree the rice, quantity, price, delivery and payment with you. Weight and quality are checked when the rice is packed and sent.
4 Free samples
Free samples are for buyers who are thinking of ordering. We send a limited number and may decline a request.
5 Selling us your munji or rice
Sending an offer is not a sale. The final price depends on our check of the actual grain at the mill: its weight, moisture, quality and cleanliness. We explain any weight cut before we buy.
6 Quality check and guides
The quality check gives an estimate from your photo, and its accuracy depends on the photo. It is not a lab certificate. Our guides are general advice; conditions differ from crop to crop.
7 Photos and videos you send
You confirm that photos and videos you send are of your own grain, and you let us use them to check your offer.
8 Fair use
Please do not send false details, spam, or try to harm or misuse the website.
9 Responsibility
We work hard to keep the website correct and available, but we cannot promise it is always free of mistakes or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law of Pakistan.
10 Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms follow the law of Pakistan.
